Clark Construction Services provides Final Estimates Level 2 classroom instruction & exams.
EXAM ONLY SERVICE
We provide exam only during scheduled FE Level 2 exams for FE Level 1 & FE Level 2 CTQP Qualifications.
About Steve Clark
Steve Clark is the founder of Clark Construction Services, a CTQP training provider approved by the Florida Department of Transportation, and a current Project Administrator with FJ Engineering Group Inc. on FDOT projects in District 4. Over 39 years delivering multimillion-dollar construction projects across FDOT Districts 4 and 6, Steve has built a reputation for a single thing: getting jobs across the finish line. On time. On budget. With the documentation to prove it.
He brings that same field-tested perspective to every training session — because he isn't teaching from a textbook. He's teaching from the projects.

Originally developed and delivered in partnership with FJ Engineering Group Inc. for FDOT District 6. (CBT coming soon)
